The Computer Engineering and Engineering Physics programs have been awarded ABET accreditation. The action by ABET (historically known as the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) represents a significant milestone and mark of distinction for Taylor University graduates from these two programs. The website for Taylor University Missions Computing has been completed and is now online. The Missions Computing Initiative is dedicated to using computing as a tool for the missions field, and has contributed to projects for HCJB Global, Wycliffe, and more. New Track Available for Computer Science Majors

A new COS track has been announced, and will be available Fall 2008 for Computer Science majors. This track is available to BA Computer Science Majors, BS Computer Science Majors, and BS Computer Science/Systems Majors. Read more about the new track here.

Completed ABET Accredidation Visit and Awaiting Final Accreditation Action

The Computer Engineering and Engineering Physics Programs at Taylor were reviewed recently by a team of three engineers during an on-site, in-depth review of Taylor's engineering curriculum.The visit represents a culmination of preparations that is essential for future graduates to graduate from an ABET accredited program.
